… arrival night is on the 24th October, departure is on the 29th October.

A coach will take us from the hostel on the morning of the 29th for the Edinburgh trip, we will leave Edinburgh at 6pm to return to the EuroHostel. You can depart in Edinburgh or Glasgow, accommodation can be arranged for those who wish to stay an extra nigth.

We have worked with the hotel to ensure the cheapest accommodation provision as possible, the price is very competitive for Glasgow city centre, however alternative accommodation can be considered via websites such as HostelWorld and Booking.com

FAQs:

Will more rooms be available at a later date?

Possibly. We have booked 50 beds for volunteers and participants based on previous years bookings. We will contact the Hostel if there is more demand, however, availability may be more limited, the price may increase, and we may not be able to guarantee that rooms are not shared outwith the conference. We strongly encourage you to register sooner than later to guarantee your place.

Are rooms shared only with fellow participants?

Yes. We have booked the entire rooms in advance for our exclusive use.

Can I share a room with friends?

Yes. As we have already booked the room, it will be possible to allocate rooms together. We will make every effort to place friends together if requested, please contact us no later than Tuesday 24th September to notify us if you wish to share a room as a group/with friends.
